Guy, what kind of sincronization system are you using in JT65?
ADIF and communicator set to read the ADIF file or directly interfaced to Log4OM database?

Daniele, things are configured for JTAlert to write directly to the Log4OM database. I have attached the JTAlert logging settings screenshot.

Ok, you should see a row into Log4OM log and in communicator log everytime a QSO is logged.
A pre-requisite for that is the Communicator is running and the TCP service is active (and log4om is running as administrator)

How to check that:
1) ensure Communicator is up and running
2) communicator -> settings ->inbound settings UDP connection should be enabled (checked) on port 2236

If you cannot see a row in communicator reporting that a QSO in ADIF format is entering (open the communicator activity log tab), nothing is currently reaching log4om interface.

Daniele, the only issue is that the log window in 1.23 no longer auto-refreshes when a QSO is entered into the Log4OM log by JTAlert. I can see the QSO if I press the refresh button (do a manual refresh). The auto-refresh works in 1.22 and does not in 1.23.

I look forward to hearing from you. I have only noticed it on the setup I mentioned in my original post, which is the only way I operate at the present time.

Any news on this issue? It is not that big a deal in the scheme of things, but I would prefer the auto-refresh to work, otherwise I have to click on the refresh button twice; once for the window to get the focus and a second time to actually refresh the view. I just like to see that a QSO has actually been added to the log.

Just recommended Log4OM to a friend, but did feel the need to mention that the once stellar support has developed a few cracks (and to somebody who has previously donated).
