Hi,
Greetings to all.
It is not very often but it has happened to me 4 times! Receive a wrong qsl card for IOTA - Call correct, but wrong iota!
It happens because sometimes we have same call for different iotas. It would help a lot to have the IOTA reference worked just side by side with Country in qsl labels.
Daniele do you agree? (is it possible to include Iota reference just in front of Country)

Re: QSL Label with IOTA
Hi Terry,
Thanks for your reply.
Sorry, I have not been clear in what I mean...
I will give you an example:
I contacted YB0XXX, this station had been in OC-YYY and also in OC-ZZZ I only need OC-ZZZ to whom I have contacted, I send the qsl but the qsl he sent me is for OC-YYY and not for OC-ZZZ. If I could put the IOTA I have worked it would help YB0XXX to send the right qsl card.
I know the problem is not mine, but I was trying to reduce the error, and receive the right card. It had happened to me, with stations from YB Land.
Thanks for your reply.

Re: QSL Label with IOTA
Hi Manuel,
Its the other stations problem if he sends the wrong confirmation because he failed to check his log properly when he responded and a simple email to him would generally resolve the issue.
Alternatively perhaps you could write on the card the IOTA that it is for.
Also we have a choice of the the comments, Notes or QSL message fields to displaying on the QSL labels so a message in one of those fields would also work.
Sorry but I honestly do see that its worth a lot of time recoding for this when there are simple resolutions to a problem that rarely exists
Hope you all had a great Christmas and I wish you and your family a healthy and happy 2016

Hi Terry, and group
Thanks for your reply
I thought it was easier to implement it.
Your suggestion is good : "Notes or QSL message fields to displaying on the QSL labels so a message in one of those fields would also work."
Many thanks for your help.
A special thanks to Daniele and all the marvelous team to permit use to such an excellent logbook.
Best regards to all, and a very happy new Year to all of you.
