Error with "Select Required" button for manual uploads of LOTW contacts

I have noted an error when attempting to manually upload contacts using the QSL Management button and then the Select Required button, when using if for LOTW upload... (eqsl upload works just fine)

Probably the best way to describe this error is with a screen shot.

In the attached screen shot you will see the the yellow highlighted areas of the F10 detached Recent QSO window, and the yellow highlighted area of the QSL Management window disagree with each other as far as LOTW Sent status. I have also noted that the number of contacts that the Select Required button actually incorrectly finds varies. The variation in the number of contacts it finds to upload depends upon the number that is in the green highlighted areas on those windows.

I suggest that you compare the QSO dates

One screenshot is from the recent QSO window displaying just recent QSO's with just a couple queued - like from 19th, 20th & 21st January 2016

The other QSL management window is displaying all queued QSO's regardless of date - Like 2014, 2015 & 2016

The green highlighted number is just the maximum number of QSO's being displayed at that time it does not reflect the number of QSO's in your logbook or the number of queued QSO's - It is a number that you arbitrarily select for displaying records in the window to speed up the refresh rate of the window, you could set it to 150000 if you wish by clicking on the number

BTW this is not an error so I have moved the thread to User support

Thanks Terry. Whether its an error or not, the fact is, the highlighted column in the bottom window is showing contacts as "Q"ued when they have in fact already been sent. If I proceed with the LOTW upload of those supposedly 'qued' contacts I get a message from LOTW asking me if I want to allow dupes.

Why did you did not mention this in your original post?

I answered the apparent 'Error' that you reported!

Regarding the apparent dupes, as there are only 16 queued QSO's in total, just mark the ones which LOTW report as dupes as Y and see if the issue reoccurs

I suspect it was some sort of computer hick up some time in the past that caused those few QSO's not to have been marked as sent, it is not an issue that has ever been reported before and I just checked 3 databases here and all worked fine.

Log4OM will never set QUEUED status on LOTW SEND STATUS. I don't have checked all the code, but i'm pretty sure of that.
This comes from an user massive update or, more probably, from an import situation...

I have no idea why, but the LOTW side of this, previously reported as not working correctly, has suddenly started behaving. This is weird, but it is a computer.
