Normally LoTW uploads and downloads seem to do everything expected with verified/awarded DXCCs updating the Log4OM "QSL Information" box. However I have come across an occasion where I have been awarded two band slots by LoTW but they have not changed the status in Log4OM. Other confirmations seem to be all ok (I think, but haven't checked closely), just these two QSOs from the same station not behaving. I think they were imported from a contest log from N1MM which I think has usually been OK so long as I remember to do the country update thing on import. Is this a clue?

A few things to check:
1) Times of the QSO- match plus/minus 30 minutes
2) DXCC country code for correctness
3) DXCC Country name
4) Call sign- must be exact same for both
No doubt a difference in one or more of the above.
