TS-590S-LOg40M_FLdigi

Hi,

I'm new to the forum but not Log40M. I have Log40M linked to my TS-590S and all is working fine and I can link FLdigi direct to the 590S and transmit with no problem, such as PSK-31 and the PTT works fine on the TS-590S. When I link the three together FLdigi works fine in handing over the Log and FLdigi shows the correct Freq. etc. and follows the VFO fine but with the two linked as per manual Log40M does not pass the PTT through even though FLdigi goes into transmit. If I press the PTT tab on Log40M during the time FLdigi is transmitting the PTT activates on the TS-590S but will not stay active unless held on with the mouse pointer.

Is this a bug. I use Omni-Rig in setup for Log40M and have tried Hamlib but that does not work at all. Both FLdigi and Log40M are the latest versions and running them on Windows 7 Home 64bit. I get the same result with Windows 10.

Hi All,

I have answered my own question thanks. I had not placed the tick in the TX box on the setup in "Log40M comms manager". Simple answer is , check all again and again before shouting !!!!
