I had a TeamViewer session with Gord. Found the issue. He had a number of QSO's imported from N1MM and LotW which did not have the Station Call field filled set to his call - the field was blank. The Label Print dialog defaults to his call, and the particular date range he was trying to search on was from an N1MM import - with no Station Call data. We used Archive Manager to fill all records with blank station call sign = to his call, then the date range filter worked. The work around would have been to set the Station Callsign drop down selector to blank.
Also showed Gord how to check the "Update Countries in ADIF" so that the country field gets set when importing an ADIF file from N1MM.
