I am really enjoying Log4OM and the Fldigi interface. However, I have noted a problem lately and wonder if it is just some setting that needs adjusting. Sometimes I'll click on a spot to see if I can hear the DX, and that spot will be pre-entered into the Fldigi contact info, which is good. If I make the contact I can just click the "save" button on Fldigi and it will also be written into Log4OM, which is my "official" log and where I upload to LoTW from. However, I often find contacts I did NOT make that have entered into the log. I never clicked on the button to log them into Fldigi, but they show up in the Log4OM recent QSO list. How do I stop that? Interestingly, they are NOT in the Fldigi log, so somehow Log4OM is taking that pre-entry and saving it even though I never clicked the ADD button there either.

Re: Fldigi log entry transfer
Hi Vic,
Could you state your version of Windows, Log4OM and FLDigi for us?
Thanks,

Could you please upgrade Log4OM to the current version - 1.25 and upgrade FLDigi to the current version - 3.23.10.10. Then make sure you are starting both applications as Administrator. Then give it another try.
I have tested this with the current version of both and have not seen any evidence of unintended logging into Log4OM. I have double clicked on numerous spots in testing. As you noted, the QSO information is reflected in FlDigi, and if you do click on the Save button in FlDigi it does log the contact in both applications.
Let us know if the issue continues.
