QSL Management – LoTW QSL cards.

I recently submitted 13 QSLs to my card checker to give me DXCC on 10m and marked them as “Submitted” in the Log4OM QSL Information window. They were duly passed to LoTW/ARRL who gave me the credits and awarded the DXCC. However on LoTW download to Log4OM, while I get other new confirmations fine, the status of the QSOs for the 13 cards remains unchanged as “submitted”. Likewise on their status on the awards page.

Grateful if someone could point out what I have missed or failed to do.

Cards do not show up on LOTW as there is no QSO from the other station to match yours leaving nothing to "match" too. The credits must be entered manually using the check boxes for each QSO.
