Out-of-Band flag

Post by WA5IEK »

Hello!

RE: Log4OM version 1.25.0.0

I've just started using Log4OM and have been working through my “user errors” fairly well but now I'm stumped. A recent QSO at 3.973 MHz on 80m SSB gave me an Out-of-Band flag. Clearly, I was within my Region 2 band allocation. The configuration is showing “2” for the region. I am not a programmer but looking at bandplan_r2 in the configuration folder seems to indicate that I should not have gotten this flag. Apparently, one of the other band plans is active - some help please!

Did you save the config. with region 2 and then do a restart Log4OM?

I came here to find the answer to this question. I'm a new user also. What I figured out was I was inputting the frequency with a decimal point, which moved the cursor to the khz box. Just type in frequency with out a decimal (i.e. 14215) in the Mhz box.

Have fun,

Hi Chuck, I must have saved it without a restart because now it is working correctly. Thank you!
