Download LoTW and 1.25 version

Hi Daniele,
I have the problem when I use the Italian language, also with portable code.
When I use English language I don't have any problem downloading lotw qsl.

I think is better if we speak in italian directly.

Problem with LoTW is the same also in 1.25 Version.....
Upload work Well, but Download Button NOT appear if the Language is Italian.
If I use English Download Button Appear and work Well.

Same problem in the old version.
It was partially visible, now it's completely disappeared.
There is only the text "potenza" but no box for indicated it!
