How to Import LOTW file

Is there a way to import an ADIF file from LOTW? I currently download a file from LOTW every few days and then import the same file into several different logging programs. It would be nice to import the same file into Log4OM to update confirmations. That way I can keep all of my logging programs in sync. I know that I can download confirmations directly into Log4OM via the QSL Management tab, but I would like to import an ADIF file after it has been downloaded from Lotw.

I know there is the import function for ADIF files under the File tab. Will that correctly import an ADIF file from Lotw and mark the matching QSOs as Verified?

Any help on this would be appreciated. Thank you.
