My Locator

I'm new to this software. I can't seem to save My Locator data. I enter the data but after I click save the data disappears and the space turns red again. I'm assuming I'm supposed to enter my grid square, yes?

I answered this in the direct email that you sent me, it requires a 6 digit locator as shown in the videos and user guide e.g. JO01jp
