Default mode setting

Just wondering if its possible to set the mode setting to always be something ... eg if I startup on 20m (14.076) the mode setting is SSB ... wondering if there is a setting somewhere to allow me to set it at JT65 (or JT9) and Log4OM could remember that at next restart? I think that kinda makes sense .... kinda

I'm using omnirig to cat the icom 706 and freq reading is fine, just the modes .....

not a biggie, just seeing if there is something I've overlooked

No it is not because the mode is derived from the band plan and the information received from the radio.

You could select manual CAT and set the frequency and mode manually but that makes the whole point of connecting the radio to Log4OM obsolete and is only provided for those people that do not use CAT control
