EQSL download doesn't create new QSOs

I uploaded a QSO to eQSL via a different program. Now I would like to import that via the download feature of Log4OM but instead of adding the QSO it reports "QSO NOT FOUND". Do I miss a setting or can't I import new QSOs via the download feature?

Never mind. I noticed that I never uploaded the log in the other program. What eQSL is downloading is the other person's confirmation.

Ha, what I was trying to do was totally the wrong way. I can't download my QSO reports that way. Instead I need to use XML-RPC as described in this video.
