Can't download QSOs from eQSL

I'm new to Log4OM and eQSL.

I uploaded about 50 QSOs from Log4OM to eQSL over the last week.

I have about 38 confirmations in my inbox on eQSL.

When I try to download them from Log4OM I get the message "NO QSO FOUND".

What am I doing wrong? How can I download the 38 confirmations from eQSL to Log4OM?

Most times of difficulty it is because of one or more of the following

1. Wrong user name or password
2. Incorrect 'Nickname'
3. Use of special characters like £$%^&*#@/\ in the password - Only use normal letters and number like ABC123
