Audilble Alert Problem

Visual alerts are popping up as they should and e-mail alerts are working fine. I cannot get an audible alert when the other two alerts happen (popup window and E-mail). I have Windows playing my default speakers which play YouTube and Windows sounds just fine. In the Alerts screen I have the Aubible boxes checked for all my Alerts. Am I missing a setting somewhere? I am using LOG4om Version 1.30.0.0 Windows 10.

I searched the site and found only one topic concerning Audilble Alarm problems. It was not helpful answering my question. I tried to find an existing answer before posting this.
