Hi Terry,
I deleted the program and re-downloaded it. I also confirmed my subscription with QRZ and re-entered passwords etc, just to make sure they were correct. Still no change from screen shot previously attached. By the way, my system software is Windows 7 "Starter". Could that be the issue? Something wonky about how it treats the database or something?

I have just looked you up on QRZ and found that although you subscribe to QRZ you subscription does not include XML lookups which is what is required for automatic lookup from logbooks like LOG4OM, DXLabs, HRD etc,
This is why the lookup is not working.
You have two choices
1. Upgrade your QRZ subscription to the XML level, tis will cost $29.95
2. Join HAMQTH and obtain free lookups

I did both of those things. Maybe there was an issue with my subscription. I'll check it out.
