Slow cluster

Seems cluster spot processing is a little sluggish...one big time taker is the "Loading Awards items..."
I see this taking upwards of 900ms at times. When spots are busy Log4OM takes one CPU for a pretty long time of 15-20 seconds per minute.

If we could get the SQL in the debug log might be able to offer some index improvements.
