When downloading LOTW what does this mean?

At the top the log shows several *** NEW CONFIRMATION

The second download, shown in the log file which you included, is a LotW download for Credit Granted QSL's. If none were found, might it be that you have not applied for any DXCC award credits with LotW? That is what it looks like with the "0 QSO found".
