Eqsl download date

I am using Log4OM version 2.2.0.0
Every time I download eqsl confirmations, for all the confirmations already received, change the received date to the one I downloaded.

Fixed in next release. Anyway it's a good practice to avoid redownloading all QSO's from EQSL each time.
Retrieve QSO from last download date is enough
