I get this error message when closing log4om.
I get this error message when closing log4om.
When closing log4om I started getting this error message (see attached file). Some how my ITU zone switched form itu zone 8 to 6. My question is the a way to do global fix instead of one by one.

Re: I get this error message when closing log4om.
I would be happy to fix that for you if you want to export an ADIF file from Log4OM.
Will send it back and you can just import it and replace your current date.
My email is good on QRZ.com

Thanks I will send it to you.
Re: I get this error message when closing log4om.
I emailed an edited version back. Give that at try and let us know how that works.
Log4OM will do edits with the QSO manager but I wanted to make sure your log was just the 1 or 2 zones.
But for future reference.

You must have updated your TQSL. That error message was/is being received by lots of OM who have updated to the latest TQSL.
They (ARRL-LOTW) made some changes with that current release and without advising developers for the ham radio logging.
Do a search on the Forum and you will find another thread or two about this problem.
Daniele has re-inforced programming on Log4OM V2 to be sure all the data will work.
There are many things to take into consideration as OMs import ADIF logs from various sources and not all those sources adhere to the ADIF 3 standard. Some of those anomalies are not of any error by Log4OM V2, but Daniele has been modifying coding to help resolve from our view.
We're currently testing a version that will soon be released for everyone.
Stay tuned.

Re: I get this error message when closing log4om.
Nolan, His log actually had 975 QSOs in it with his ITU zone wrong. The rest of the log was fine. Sounds like his ITU zone got changed by mistake in Log4OM settings.
I would not think TQSL would have anything to do with that would it? His TQSL station location was correct (8) but did not match those 975 QSOS in his log with zone 6.

Re: I get this error message when closing log4om.
Rich,
I just skimmed the message and noted it was from TQSL and thought it might be related to the messages we got (and I experienced as well) when TQSL had the new update that messed things up for many of us.
My error for not digging further into this OM's request.

I think he is all set. I introduced him to Notepad ++ and give him an intro ADIF lesson. Just enough to get most of us in trouble
All good!
