Color in Cluster ?

I have a few questions about colors in dxcluser that i can not find in documentation.

• What is the meaning of the red or black time in the first colum ?

• What is the meaning of the yellow highlight of the notes field ?

• Why do Spain and Italy 0 reliability, it is not 0 in the Propagation (F9) tab

The red time indicates they are an active LOTW user.

I think the yellow is part of intelligent cluster and I typically see it for IOTA but not the case with your example. Hopefully someone above my pay grade with chime in with the real answer.
