It does not register Gridsquare

Hello,
when I insert a QSO, or edited to modify it, it never records the value of GRIDSQUARE in any case; the input box, GRIDSQUARE, when I enter the value is highlighted in red.
Any suggestions?

Highlight in red is normal, what happens when you save the QSO?

When I save the qso the Grid does not register it. But it does not even enhance it when it finds the information to enhance the fields.

What version of Log4om - See help/about

What lookup are you using QRZ, HAMQTH or what?

Seems strange because it's working fine here

I am using the version Log4OM 2 Version 2.4.0.0; for searches this is the configuration:

Because you are not an XML subscriber to QRZ the lookup will not receive all of the QRZ information or Gridsquare

Change the on line lookup PRIMARY to HamQTH or pay QRZ for an xml subscription to overcome this problem
