Please check the log file. Almost every issue you can have is reported here for your convenience

Please do the following

1. Try an upload to LOTW
2. Go to the help menu/show log
3. Save the resulting text file
4. Email the text file to me

Hmm, i see in your log at hrdlog.net the latest QSO´s from Feb. 15, 2014. Have you imported this via ADIF from the hrdlog.net site ??? B.t.w. L4O loads up automatic to hrdlog when a new qso is logged and if checked in HRDlog Settings.

The upload code is not identical with your hrdlog.net password for your login at hrdlog.net website

Don't know where you got the text file from but it's not the one I expect from "show log" it's a text file from back in January!

i try to upload a qso to lotw about 30 min ago i went to show log and log40m_log.txt-notepad i save it and send to you

Look at the dates in the log they are all for 9th January 2013 so unless your computer calendar is completely screwed it's an old text file - Check your computer date and time!
