This is strange, and no idea how or why it happens but thought I'd report it anywway, for information.
(I did a quick search of this error reports section but found nothing so if this has been mentioned before, apologies)
I am currently using version 2.5.0.0. I usually have the subject window open (not detached) and set so that sort is by date, most recent at the top... out of the blue the display will show the oldest call at the top, all without me doing anything... if I click 'refresh' the display go's back to the way it should be.
This is not something I can replicate, it just happens..... its probably happened 4 or 5 times in the past week.

Just thinking out-loud here. Take a look at your Configuration / Program Scheduler and note when each of the system Processes will or do run. Do this just so you have a rough idea of when some of those Systems do their thing.
The next time you see the 'strange behavior' follow through with a quick check to your Program Scheduler and see if one of those items just did their thing.
I say this as when I have done a Settings / Update Resources and choose an item to update I will see a movement of items in colors, etc.. Usually when I've done it I've been on the Cluster F8 Tab.
The Alpha Team is looking at your post and I just happened to think of this and figured I would share with you.
