I'm having trouble communicating between the IC718 + LOG4OM V2 + Omni-Rig V1.
It must have been some windows update, because it changed the port (COM5 and COM4) to COM3 and COM4, the JTDX and WSJTX the Omni-Rig reports an error, the frequency is not showing on the LOG4OM V2 display, I did everything right to migrate the V1 to V2.
I will format the PC this weekend, to see if it works.
But I will be waiting for some tip for configuration.

I formatted the PC, reinstalled the programs and changed the communication ports (COM 5 and COM 6), now it's working, with Omni-Rig V1.19 and Log4OM V2 (2.6.1.0) and IC718.

PLEASE, include your Log4OM version and your name in each request for help.
If you have not upgraded to latest version of Log4OM, 2.6.1.0, please do so, then download the latest Users Guide and follow the instructions for connecting Omnirig. Also make sure you are running the latest version 1 of Omnirig.

First check com PORTS and baud rates match between radio and Omnirig
Second check that at least Omnirig but best all programs are being run as an administrator because a recent windows update changed admin settings
