Field name is empty

Few days ago for mistake i reset configuration, now i restore the old configuration but now doesn't appear anymore the name of my correspondent under the call sign.

Thank you very much for quick answer, did i follow the instructions of configuration but i din't solve that issue
COnsider that i come from Log4OM1 to log4OM2 i have saved ADIF file version 3 and i loaded in to the new sw release without problem, i use first the old database sqlite genereted with Log4om1 but i though can be corrupted , then i generate a new one hoping to solve the emtpy field name but i didn't .
There are some other setting to try which can help me to solve??
Because before wrong reset in the old Log4OM1 was working well.
NOW this field is empty in Log4om1 and in log4om2

We clearly state that the V1 sqlite database is NOT compatible with V2 this is why you must export an ADIF file and import it into an sqlite database created in V2

Try importing one of the backup ADIF files from V1

problem solved
i did configuration error, i din't select any database into Service providers, for that reason doesn't display the operator name.... now work perfectly... sorry for my fault
