Bulk Editing Question - updating info from external sources

Greetings ! I am trying to import new data from external sources (example: QRZ.com and QTH.com) to provide current address and other information. The User Manual seems to say I highlight (select) the records I want to update, and then click REFRESH. But does not get the click.

1) Is it possible to update a batch of selected records all at once?

2) Where in the User Manual do I find instructions for this?

3) Is there a better way to update the address and other fields without editing each record separately?

Use the QSO manager and see user guide re BULK updates

Use the normal windows Click, shift click and Ctrl click functions to select the QSO's for updating or the Log4OM filters

Ah Ha ! I got it ! I was corn-fused about the QSO Manager. WHAM! Works a treat. Thank you for the prompt nudge in the right direction.
