JTAlert not logging to LOG4OM

I have LOG4OM, OMNIRIG and WSJT-X working together, but when I add JTAlert I get the attached message and nothing is saved to LOG4OM. JTAlert is displaying decoded calls. It's just when I try to log. Any pointers as to what's wrong?

Did you check the Log4OM log to see if the QSO had in fact been logged?

The message says 'Unable to confirm' not that it was not logged

Search this forum for this because its been answered many times, its a time out setting in JTAlert that need changing
