How to restore from backup Log4OM 2

Hello,
I encountered a problem yesterday I worked on Log4OM 2 without any problem if I closed them all it went normally then I turned off the pc this morning I turned on the pc again and then I opened Log4OM 2 and the surprise it is open as if it was the first installation nothing more everything is empty I closed log4OM and reboot the pc and restarted log4OM and like that everything is empty.
How do I have to do a Log4OM restore to get everything back ?

same issue here , all settings lost

followed the instructions in the manual to no avail

I'd the first to admit I'm no pc whizz kid but every other logger I've used I was always able to sort out without help

We noticed that windows in some circumstances (latest versions) abruptly prevent applications from writing into the roaming folder.
I'm still investigating that issue but seems related to a very few cases and almost all after a windows major update.
Data are backupped regularly at each program closure (data and configs) so it should be easy to recover them

same here all program starts up as if from cold, all user data and logs. how do i recover
