Upload to LOTW

The TSQL settings were already correct. I changed the MyCnty field in the log entries to Amherst. For some reason, the entries were correct until early October, and then changed to USA for reasons that aren't clear. That's when the problem started. I checked the Station Information tab in the User Configuration, and found that the county had been changed to USA, so I changed it back to Amherst. That seems to have fixed the problem. My last upload to LOTW worked properly, and all of the entries appear correctly. So it was just in that one place where it was wrong that caused the problem. I don't know how that County entry got changed, but it's been changed back so it's correct.
