When I enter a callsign in log4om it says 'data lookup' the gray box below date says 'searching'. I tried several calls.
In log4om I checked the qrz 'test connection', came back with a GREEN check mark. I checked qrz.com website it worked fine. Does same thing when using FT8.
Not sure what else to check.

QRZ auto lookup stopped working
Re: QRZ auto lookup stopped working
I just noticed when I enter a call after about 5 min the info is populated. But qrz.com website the response is immediate.
This happens on both of my computers running log4OM.

What other software is running at the same time
What Windows OS are you using

Log4om ver 2.13
SW running; Log4OM, JTDX & JTAlert
Win 10 64 bit
Dell 8gb ram, I5
Internet, going thru an ATT router, direct connect to Dell PC using 15' CAT 7 cable
I also noticed when I click on a cluster spot 90% of the time it populates all the info. Entering a call manually or via an FT8 contact it does not populate the info.

Problem solved,
Nothing like a power cycle and reboot of the computer to fix an issue.
All working again with QRZ lookups.
