v2.15.0.0 Upload to LOTW no longer works

The upload itself works. It is just that the Logo and some text, as provided b4, freeze on the screen.

Yesterday I upgraded to the new TQSL and everything seemed fine and my contacts uploaded. Today Log4OM2 screen just freezes upon exiting with following text frozen forever:
Uploading LOTW data (120 seconds timeout)
Saving form status...
Shutting down...

Same problem here.
I have the last version of TQSL (2.5.7) and LOG4OM (2.15.0.0).
Need to use Task Manager every time to close the program.

Upon further investigation I discovered that the QSO's are actually uploaded to the LOTW but there is no response to say that it was completed as it did before.....

Here, i have seen cases where the QSOs occasionally do get uploaded, but typcally they are not.

Any updates from the developer about this issue?

Shall we downgrade until this is resolved?

Just tried it - downgrading Log4OM to 2.14.1.10 does not solve the problem
Upgrade TQSL to 2.5.8 or downgrade to 2.5.6 neither.

Windows process explorer shows that log4om ts forking tqsl with the following command line:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\TrustedQSL\tqsl.exe" -d -u -f update -a all -q -c DB9CR -x -l "Bayreuth" "C:\Users\nospa\OneDrive\Desktop\Amateurfunk\tmp\LOTW_UPLOAD_20210717135305.adi"

This process hangs forever. When I kill it from process explorer, log4om immediately terminates.

Weirdly, when I execure exactily this command manually from cmd, my QSOs get uploaded just fine and TQSL terminates immediately.
