CAT control issue?

G'day all

Situation: Log4OM v.2.17 with IC7300 directly connected using either omnirig or hamlib.

All works well EXCEPT "Cat Control" Window.

Firstly, changing band does not follow default mode, eg 160m LSB, 20m USB

Secondly, when band has been changed in Cat control, say to 20m from 160m and the display is LSB, clicking on USB results in LSB and CW being highlighted and the rig switching to CW mode.

Changing modes on the rig is correctly reflected in the Cat Control window.

To reiterate this happens with either omnirig or hamlib so I believe it is a Log4OM issue.

After upgrading to 2.17 I have a similar problem. CAT stays connected via Omnirig to my FTDX3000 for a few minutes and then disconnects. The connect menu correctly shows this as "Start" is now enabled again. Starting starts the CAT except it does not show VFO 1 freq but Offline. Then I click "Show CAT window" and Omnirig settings appear and I click OK and everything works again for some minutes.
