UDP outbound Still NOT working

Have just install the latest version 2.18, checked the UDP outbound, as this is something I use.
And I see it is still NOT working

Hopefully in the next release it will be fixed, as it hasn't been working since version 2.13.00, and I would really like to upgrade version

Can you kindly explain your config and your issue once again?
i can't find the issue...
What is the service type you're using? destination software?

I've tested the UDP outbound packet with ADIF MESSAGE (using PacketSender as listener, and sending on his UDP port) and the message arrived flawlessy, except for a possible glitch in the "callsign" UDP outbound message under some circumstances (basically it's not triggered if the main UI is not focused)

Another potential check is that the application is not sending 2 different kind of UDP messages on the same port, assuming the application on the other side is not able to identify them.
This behaviour is reported as a WARN in the program log.

Usually UDP issues are related to windows security issues (aka firewall/user not admin/permission not granted)
Can you provide some more details?
