Lele is the guy that writes the program, in other words my other half!

He needs the support request please complete my request

I thought I had sent a support request email to Lele as you requested, compete with log file with trace enabled. I've described the problem, this is also on this forum where Lele can easily read it.

The log I sent has several instances of the problem, with trace enabled.

I don't know what else to do to complete your request.

Providing you generated a support request from the help menu and sent the resulting zip file to Lele it will contain what we require to trouble shoot - Your Config file, ADIF file, Log file and request info!
