Hello all. for a little while now I am finding that Log4OM is not uploading to EQSL automatically. I have confirmed that the option is enabled in settings. I can upload no problem manually by searching for QSO with eqsl sent = no and then upload but if I leave it alone it will not upload on its own like it has done before. I dont know how long its been like this but I am using current 2.18 version.
Thanks
Dave

Re: EQSL not uploading anymore
Have you tried with your anti virus and firewalls turned off?
Did this start after you upgraded to Windows 11?

Re: EQSL not uploading anymore
I havent upgraded to windows 11, but the strange thing is, I turned off AV and firewall tested with a qso and it did work, then re-enabled both AV and firewall and it still worked, so Im really at a lose why it stopped working to begin with. ill keep monitoring the situation.
Re: EQSL not uploading anymore
Here's some new information. when my eqsls were not uploading as configured I turned off firewall and A/V and They did upload (not the ones that had been unsent from before just new ones. Then as a test I re-enabled firewall and A/V and they still uploaded as they should have. randomly that would ultimately stop and then I would disable again and do the same test after re-enabling. so not sure how to permanently resolve. Id be happy to do testing if there is a protocol for this type of issue. I am using windows firewall and AVG antivirus.
Thanks
Thanks

David,
In Windows Defender you would have to set Log4OM2 as an "allowed APP" to pass through the Firewall.
I expect that you would do similar in AVG, but I stopped using AVG many, many years ago so don't know current detail steps in that program to label a program as "safe".
I've used Windows Defender exclusively now for 11+ years and have not had any issues. All the other 3rd party security programs just ended up being memory hogs on my laptops.
