Band map empty / band map not updated by cluster

ver. 2.18.0.0
Band map window does not show stations.
When I stop cluster and start it again window gets populated.
Tried different clusters, so it rather not it.
If you believe it a bug and it is new one, please let me know how can I execute any further debugging that may help.

Check your filter settings. Also check Cluster settings at Settings / User Configuration / Cluster There are a couple settings that affect number of spots and timing.

Filter settings, for the band map(s), are outlined in the Current User Guide starting on Page 70.
