Match RX Freq during logging?

Hi Everyone, I'm a new amateur and really liking the log4om software due to it being able to integrate with all the usual websites for logging.

I'm wondering if there is a setting I'm missing that allows me to have the rx freq automatically match the Freq when logging? I find I'm always punching in my frequency twice when preparing a new contact and I figure for HF normally I will always be operating simplex?
