No known servers listed on cluster management page

Post by n4xd »

Using Log4OM V 2.19.0.0

When I open the cluster management page no clusters are listed under the known servers window. This is under the "connection" tab. Clicking on the "NEW" icon seems to do nothing.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks

This thread has been moved to the V2 portion of the Forum. Question relates to V2 ... NOT V1.

Ron,

Download and install V2.20 of Log4OM. Should resolve your issue.

Nolan thanks. Did that but same issue. Must be operator error at my end.

Do appreciate the note as I did update to latest version.

This is under discussion with the Alpha team. Can you manually add another server and see if that one stays after closing and reopening Log4OM.

As far as clicking NEW make sure you disconnect first or it will not allow you to add.

Rich I actually tried that earlier and I could and it did stick.

Thanks

OK Ron, thanks for the update. Under the Log4OM configuration page > Cluster can you verify that "Show user defined clusters" is checked?

I have the same issue currently but have been able to get it working until we resolve it by re-adding the cluster manually.

Yes that is checked. So is "show cluster grouped" and "cluster auto-start".

Tried posting shot of setup but seems I can't post pics.

It does work with the cluster I set up.

So you are saying you was able to setup a cluster manually and that works fine? But the main cluster list that came with Log4OM when you have "show stable clusters" selected does not propagate the area I am showing in yellow?

OK solved the problem. First, I had " show user defined..." selected. Switched to "show stable clusters". Second, had to close the cluster management page that pops up then reopen. After doing that the known server window populated with clusters.

Thanks for the help.
