Provide feedback please

Very often we have users with an issue and we make recommendations in an attempt to help them. Many times we do not receive any response from the user telling us what results there were.

We like to know if our reccomendations were:

****** Helpful and resolved the issue

****** The problem was a user mistake - Don't be afraid to let us know if it was a self inflicted problem we will not make fun or ridicule you because most times if a user makes a mistake it's because we did not make it clear what should be done!

******* Let us know if the software is no good for you even if you are not going to use it anymore, that way we find out what we need to change or add!

******* You should also tell us if we have upset you in any way!


This sort of feedback helps us to understand your needs and what mistakes we may have made so please, please talk to us!
