UTC Clock / LOC Clock setting

First to set the information strait, my shack PC is on UTC time. (this seems obvious/mandatory to me when working amateur radio)

Using "/Utilities/UTC Clock", I have both clock, UTC and LOC at the same time, that is UTC. I understand that LOG4OM obtains the time from the computer clock and time zone.
But is there a way to adjust only the displayed LOC clock to match my HB time?
I haven't found any hint in the manual.

No sorry you cant do that its locked in the code to use the time set on the PC
