No longer remembering my config settings!

Post by WR3Y »

When I switch logs from my home station to other portable stations I operate it no longer changes the config settings. The station name of the log changes but nothing else. Many times I have to put all my settings in like LOTW, QRZ, preferences, QTH, connections. Nothing is remembered. It is a real pain. I backup to Dropbox and Google Drive every time.
Is there a way I can upload the saved configuration from Dropbox as I do for my saved SQ lite Database?

Running: WIndows 10 pro
i5-9400 2.90ghz 16GB Ram
Log4om 2.23.0.0

Confusing question

You refer to 'Loading logs' and expecting to see configuration changes and then refer to saving and loading configuration?

Are you using alternative configs which will save different setups as described on page 182>>>> of our user guide or are you expecting that by changing your SQLite database that that would change the settings?

I have one log for operating my Club station Flex radio remote. I have a different log that I use when I operate my friend’s Flex radio remote which is in a different state. I need to keep everything separate. Each log has a different grid square and can zone etc. now all of a sudden my database is showing the log of the wrong station even after changing the configuration in the drop down.

'Changing configuration in drop down'

Which drop down - File/open/new database or where?
