Not getting LOTW received field updated

Hello All,
I have look over the forum and cannot find the answer. I even read the manual (but may not have understood still )

My issue is that after a QSL and I shutdown Log4OM, I get the update box showing a LOTW transaction. When I look on LOTW it is there. What seems not to be happening is that LOTW is not sending back a "LOTW Received" field to YES and therefore all the information on the Info (F2) screen is red. Seems to be happening in QRZ and eQSL as well because they are red as well.

Is my set up wrong or is this a manual operation only?

Have you also taken the time to watch the 3 Confirmation YouTube videos that Terry did. It goes over all of this as well as in the U.G. ... which you said you have read.

If you have Log4OM and LOTW set up to do an "auto upload" when you close down Log4OM that does not ask LOTW to send you any confirmations.

You have to utilize the QSL Manager and select the source (eqsl, lotw, etc..) and request a download of any confirmations you may have received.

Until LOTW provide the facility, yes a manual download from our QSL manager is the only way but it takes a few seconds!
