How do I identify which external source is slow/lagging and is there anything I can do about it?

Warning seems to come up every day.

Charlie,

Did you "left click" on the icon and then read what is in the resulting 'pop up' window?

Mine usually is a notice that a newer release of Log4OM is available.

Yes I clicked on it.

Today there were multiple lines about various files being updated. The last message was an "external source warning showing how many micro seconds it was taking, Usually the external source line has been the only line.

My question is "what external source is the message talking about?'
