New Log4OM award manager

We're pleased to announce that Claus, EI7JZ, has just accepted the HARD role to be our new AWARD ACTIVATION manager.
He will be responsible to mantain awards up-to-date FOLLOWING USER INDICATIONS.
We have an good number of awards, and we have plans to increase this number a lot, so user "spot" on awards troubles should be necessary and are strongly requested.
