How to configure cluster ping frequency

Hi,

Is there a way to configure the Cluster keep alive ping frequency?

The SOTA cluster at cluster.sota.org.uk:7300 appears to not report spots after about 7 minutes without spots, at least log4om doesn't get updates after a gap of about 7 minutes. However from the debug log it seems that pings occur every 10.

I've a python script running here that sends a message to the cluster every minute as a test and it does not show the problem so I think I need to increase the ping frequency to resolve this.
