Info providers configuration unavailable for update

I recently noticed that the normal dropdowns are no longer available. I'm running LOG4OM 2 v2.28.0. I wasn't sure if there was a setting that I've overlooked or how they're not available for updates any longer.

Thats the reason we stopped the user control of this function to avoid users screwing things up
