Hello,
I printed for the first time about 150 qsl labels on A4 form. It is a great functionality but I had an issue on "QSL Via" field.
I modified manually this field in "QSL Information" tab of most qso, but it is never printed on labels.
When the same field is retrieved automatically from QRZ.com or others sources it is regularly printed.
I can not figure out where is my mistake.
Can you help me?
Thank you in advance

Re: "QSL Via" field not printed on every labels
QSL VIA field is used when you select a manager/manager bureau shipment method.
The final decision on shipment way is set in the "QSO Analysis", the second step of label Printing, by selecting "Manager" or "Manager Bureau".
Did you confirm this option was set in the "QSO Analysis" screen?

No I didn't,
but now when I try to set "Manager Bureau" I get the message you can see in the attached screenshot.

So click the red button to update the managers information!

If you mean the one on top left, it has the only effect to clear the field.
It seems a bit tricky, but I have a question: why do I have to necessarily update the managers list if I only need to print a callsign into the via field?

Re: "QSL Via" field not printed on every labels
It works! Thank a lot.
I thought the information printed on labels was the one present in "QSL Via" field while, actually, it is the one present in the "Manager" field.
This forces me to review all the QSOs before printing while it would be easier to set this information while editing the QSO.
Anyway this is a great software!
Thank you very much

Re: "QSL Via" field not printed on every labels
Ciao,
in this place you can have full control of everything related to QSL shipment,
you can refresh saved informations from QRZ/HAMQTH, Log4OM automatically search in IK3QAR website and reads the QSL VIA description to determine the best way to ship your QSL interpreting what user typed in that field.
If Log4Om decides that a MANAGER should be used, the manager call will be shown on the right part of the screen, as well as the possibility to check his informations.
In the top area you can see if QSL from that country is needed or not, if the user already confirmed via QSL and you will then have full choice on the shipment method, from manager direct to bureau to "no send" at all.
We will work on that furhter in the future, but we think this is a good panel where to work your outbound QSL
Obviously we're open to suggestions to make it better.

EDIT: Just a question! Is there a way to validate all qso with one click in "QSO Analysis" tab?

Well, yes i can do that, but i don't have enough feedback on "automatic determination of shipment method" to be confident in activating this feature.
I will think about that on next releases.
