I have been using log4om v2 with my Kenwood TS 590SG and omnirig connecting via USB and a virtual com port. My computer has been running Windows 10.
I have bought anew computer running Windows 11 and have reinstalled Log4OM v2 and omnirig and all data and configuration have been transferred no problem.
However I have been unable to instal the virtual com port from Silicon Labs (as specified by Kenwood) My computer says it has been installed successfully but under Device manager it does not show up under the ports (COM & LPT)
Just wonder whether anybody else has had this issue?

Re: CAT Control
Silly question but is the racio connection plugged in securly and the radio turned on? I had a similar issue some time ago and it turned out to be a loose USB connection - Fooled me for hours!g0kpg wrote: 19 Aug 2023, 11:20 My computer says it has been installed successfully but under Device manager it does not show up under the ports (COM & LPT)

Thanks Terry, I will check that. Since posting somehow I now have established a com port but now I have a message that the driver won't start! Tried updating the driver etc but no luck so far. The error message is code 10.
